This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Ishidev.com, operated by Ishidev (OPC) Private Limited under the brand name “Sebato” (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

1. SHIPPING PARTNERS

The Company partners with reputed third-party logistics and courier service providers to facilitate safe, efficient, and timely delivery of orders across India.

All shipments are handled subject to the terms, operational procedures, and serviceability of the respective logistics partners. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected due to factors beyond our reasonable control.

2. SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently deliver products across most serviceable pin codes within India.

Delivery availability may vary depending on:

  • Courier partner serviceability;
  • Geographic accessibility;
  • Government restrictions;
  • Weather conditions;
  • Operational limitations.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel delivery to locations deemed non-serviceable or high-risk by our logistics partners.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free standard shipping shall be available on eligible prepaid orders above ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand only), unless otherwise specified during promotional campaigns.
  • Orders below ₹1,000 may attract shipping charges, which shall be displayed during checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (“COD”) orders may attract an additional convenience or handling fee.
  • Applicable shipping charges, COD charges, taxes, or surcharges shall be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

The Company reserves the right to revise shipping charges at any time without prior notice.

4. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM IST on working days are generally processed and dispatched on the same business day, subject to payment confirmation and product availability.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM IST, on Sundays, public holidays, or non-working days shall generally be processed within the next 2–3 business days.
  • Order processing timelines are indicative and may vary during high-demand periods, sales events, festivals, adverse weather conditions, or operational disruptions.

The Company reserves the right to delay dispatch in circumstances beyond its reasonable control

5. DELIVERY TIMELINES

  • Standard delivery timelines are generally between 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and shall not be construed as guaranteed delivery commitments.
  • Deliveries to remote or non-metro locations may require additional transit time.

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused due to:

  • Natural calamities or force majeure events;
  • Transportation disruptions;
  • Government restrictions;
  • Strikes or labour disruptions;
  • Delays attributable to courier partners;

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

6. ORDER TRACKING

Once the order is dispatched, shipment tracking details, including courier information and tracking number, shall be shared with the customer via registered email address, SMS, or other available communication channels.

Customers may track the shipment status directly through the logistics partner’s tracking system
